This Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use on www.greenmedsaglik.com, why we use them, how long they are kept and how you can change your preferences at any time. It is prepared in line with the Guidelines on Cookie Practices published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority and supplements our Data Protection Notice.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies allow the site to remember your actions and preferences, keep your session secure and, where you allow it, measure how the site is used. Local storage and similar browser technologies are treated in the same way as cookies in this policy.

2. Types of cookies

Cookies are grouped in two ways. By duration: a session cookie is deleted as soon as you close your browser, while a persistent cookie remains on your device for the period stated in the table below. By owner: a first-party cookie is set by our own domain, while a third-party cookie is set by another provider whose content is embedded in the page. The table in the next section states, for every cookie, which category it belongs to, who the provider is and how long it is kept.

Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698. All other cookies are placed only after you give explicit consent through the cookie banner. Until you give consent, no analytics or external content cookie is set and no related script is loaded.

5. Transfers abroad

Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps are provided by Google Ireland Ltd.; data obtained through these services may be transferred to the United States. In addition, our website itself is hosted in the United States of America (Leaseweb USA, Inc., Manassas, Virginia), so server logs and IP addresses are processed abroad regardless of your cookie choice.

Analytics and external content are optional and run only with your consent; for these, consent is the legal ground for the transfer. Hosting, by contrast, is a continuous transfer and an ordinary part of our business process, so it cannot rest on consent: appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the Law (standard contractual clauses) apply. Details are in our Data Protection Notice.

6. Managing and withdrawing your consent

When you first visit the site a banner asks for your preference. You may accept all categories, reject all of them, or choose category by category. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page reopens the preference window at any time.

When you withdraw consent, the cookies belonging to the relevant category are deleted and the related scripts are no longer loaded. Your choice is stored for 180 days; after that period you are asked again.

If your browser sends an automatic privacy signal — Global Privacy Control (GPC) — our cookie module treats it as a refusal and does not run the categories requiring consent, even before you interact with the banner.

The Google Tag Manager container can load further measurement tags in the future. Whenever a new tag is added, this inventory is updated and, where the new tag requires consent, your preference is asked again.

7. Browser settings

Independently of the banner, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working.
